Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eoven Mart. We aim to provide high-quality ovens and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your oven to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The oven must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Please Note:
Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper installation may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@eovenmart.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Securely package the item in the original box and include all original materials.

  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If a partial refund is granted (due to missing parts or damage), you will be notified accordingly.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your oven arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and a description.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or special-order ovens

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned after 30 days


6. Exchanges

We only replace ovens if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@eovenmart.com.
